"Pretty consistent grading, right?"
The grades seemed accurate to me overall, so I feel like the grading was consistent. It was just a little slow sometimes, you know?

"Support took forever and kept making me verify"
The site itself is fine, I don’t really have a big issue with that. But dealing with customer support was frustrating. I sent in a question and had to wait days just to hear back. Then when they finally replied, the answer felt rushed and didn’t really solve much. On top of that, they kept asking me to verify my info over and over, even after I’d already done it, which made the whole thing even more annoying.

""Faster" than I expected"
I got my order back quickly, which was a nice surprise. The only thing I’d say is I wish the updates came a little sooner, but overall the turnaround was "better than expected."

"Just feels overpriced to me"
I don’t know, I went into it thinking Beckett might have some decent value, but once I started looking at the actual pricing, it just felt like it added up way too fast. Maybe it works for some people, but for what you’re getting, I couldn’t really justify it. There’s just so much other stuff online that feels like a better deal, so yeah, this one didn’t really seem worth it to me.

"Cards arrived safe, with one small hiccup"
I ordered a few graded cards from beckett and overall it was a smooth experience. The tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up right around the delivery window they gave me, which I definitely appreciated.
The only thing I’d nitpick is that the updates felt a little slow at one point, so I was checking more than I wanted to. But once the box arrived, everything was packed really well, with nothing rattling around and the corners protected. Cards looked clean when I opened it, so I’d use them again.

I would like to know why you are not answering these complaints. i have had some horrible experiences with beckett. these are legit complaints.

Is it common practice for a bgs grader to grade cards in a hotel room before a show begins? this just happened to me.

Evidently it takes months for them to upgrade info on their website as they are on the verge of launching a new version. supposedly new look, higher prices for subscriptions and more than likely the same "asian sub-continent" customer service and tech support from india in which i can't understand a word. they basically have a monopoly on this type of service and the folks based in the great state of texas have sub-contracted what's most important, customer service) out to others! shame on you! btw... i have also had the auto-renewal issues with montly price guides... you have to go into paypal now and cancel auto renewal.
